To kick off the brand new Noshhh: After Hours Series, save the date for the first ever Little Boots Brew Day benefiting the Pink Boots Society.

March 8th is the annual International Women's Day and Home Brewed Events will be leading a Little Boots Brew Day & Bottle Share at Chhaya Cafe on East Passyunk. This event is for the Pink Boots members, brewery reps, beer servers and fellow beer lovers in Philadelphia. Meredith Megan Rebar of Home Brewed Events will lead you through the history of gose, special ingredients, and brewing process while making the collaboration brew, Pink Boots Gose! After the educational workshop, enjoy a wonderful bottle share with a great selection of gose, gueze, lambics, and other sours brought by attendees. Help raise money for the Pink Boots Society and support women in the beer industry.

Owners Meredith Rebar (Certified Cicerone®) and Garrett Williams (Cicerone Beer Server) bring their knowledge of craft beer brewing to your home or business! Looking for an evening of beer brewing, learning, tasting and enlightenment? They'll teach you how to brew, give you a beer history lesson, tutor you on the proper tasting methods for beer and tell you all about the beer you're brewing that day. There are event options for birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties (and bridal showers), weddings, housewarmings or just a great party. Experience an education in beer enjoyment with Home Brewed Events.

The Pink Boots Society is a USA-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization with an international membership, and helps women further their beer careers through scholarships and the educational programs PBS provides.

Tickets:

Only $15 & a bottle of sour beer to particpate in the class, bottle share and recieve a bottle of the Pink Boots Gose brewed in class! Please note that part of the admission will be a bottle of sour beer to share with other attendees.
